This Project aims in undergoing an essential repair work on its sewer disposal system specifically targeting Block C . The Project aims to enhance reliability and efficiency of waste management within the housing scheme to addressing an issues by evaluating current sewer infrastructure to identify necessary repairs and replacements. Also, Implementation of materials and technologies to improve Durability of Sewage System.

The project is set to take place on a proposed land extend of 08 Acres, where a combination of modern farming techniques and traditional methods will be employed. The Water System designated for this cultivation is a Deepwell, ensuring a consistent and reliable water supply for the crops. Additionally, a Model Farm spanning 11/2 Acres will serve as a demonstration site for best practices in tomato and hybrid chilli cultivation.

The renovation of roof structures at the Tea Research Institute in Ratnapura is undertaken to preserve the integrity of the facility and ensure a safe, weather-resistant environment for ongoing research and operations. The project includes replacing damaged roofing materials, improving drainage systems, and reinforcing structural components, thereby supporting the institute’s mission to advance Sri Lanka’s tea industry through innovation and research.

The renovation of the highway exit interchange at Pinnaduwa, Galle aims to improve traffic flow, enhance road safety, and accommodate increasing vehicle volumes. This upgrade includes lane expansions, improved signage, lighting, drainage systems, and pedestrian access enhancements. The project is part of a broader initiative to modernize key transport infrastructure in the Southern Province, supporting regional connectivity and economic development.
